ver 1.1 - although not commented in the actual file, has the tab buttons fixed.

ver1.2 - again not commented in the actual file, but the cyan text color has been removed. Sorry i did not realize i didnt update this file.

ver 1.3: All fonts changed to Tahoma, and window titles added

FINAL: I hope this last version fixes all the problems when loading this skin. I still dont know what i did wrong in packaging the file
