So you've downloaded the latest version, but now you're nervous that it will delete all of your settings that you've spent so long perfecting. Have no fear! Trillian will install right on top of your existing setup without deleting your settings. If you want added security, make a backup copy of your Trillian subdirectory structure. The default user profile can be found in the Trillian\users\default directory off of your main directory (usually \Program Files on your hard drive). If you're using an alternate profile location, locate it and backup the files inside.
